M. Trey Moore
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Moore has over 24 years of experience as a senior level executive in the oil and gas industry. Mr. Moore worked as the Eastern Division Manager of J-W Measurement Company, where he provided a significant contribution in growing revenues from 6M to 140M over the course of 13 years. Mr. Moore is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Fleaux Services of Louisiana. His proven leadership ability has helped companies rapidly expand into associated markets and neighboring geographic areas such as Louisiana, Arkansas, Texas and Colorado.
C. Ryan Marlowe
Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of Fleaux Services, Mr. Marlowe is responsible for all operating aspects, developing and implementing policies and procedures while maintaining an efficient organization. Mr. Marlowe has over 14 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Mr. Marlowe spent over 12 years and held multiple positions with J-W Measurement Company. During his time he helped develop the Eastern Division to be the most profitable division in the company with sales of over $6 million per month. His last position with J-W Measurement Company was East Texas Area Manager where he managed operations, gas analytical laboratory, sales and services for over 40 employees. Mr. Marlowe studied Business Management at Bossier Parish Community College in Bossier City, LA.
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Leimbrook has over 25 years of financial experience in businesses ranging from Derivatives Exchanges to Financial Services in the Oil and Gas Industry. He has served in key roles throughout his career helping to create an environment responsible for strong, sustained and profitable growth in companies with a rapidly expanding footprint.
Mr. Leimbrook began his career with Hull Trading Company after working to help launch the world’s first fully electronic Derivatives Exchange during a Summer job while in college. He became a Member of many of the major Derivatives Exchanges in North America and Europe before moving back to his home of Shreveport, Louisiana. There he began his work in the Oil and Gas field with a focus on Finance that continues to this day. These experiences have developed a diverse set of skills that have enabled Mr. Leimbrook to be an asset as part of the experienced Fleaux Services Management Team that has already achieved extremely rapid growth and market penetration in such a short time frame. Mr. Leimbrook earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Centenary College of Louisiana and completed multiple courses in the University of Chicago MBA90 Program and University of London King’s College Ancient History MA program.
Russell H. Phelps
Chief Information Officer
Mr. Phelps works with the Executive Management team providing technical leadership, vision and industry specific experience linking Oil and Gas activities with Information Technology software systems. He is responsible for the technology strategy and managing the overall IT structure for office, remote satellite and mobile employees.
Mr. Phelps is a native of Shreveport, LA and a graduate of Louisiana Tech University with a Bachelor of Science – Business and Administration, Production / Operations Management and has accumulated over 22 years of various hardware and software technology experience. He began his technology career with Georgia-Pacific linking automation and production equipment with Information Technology systems. Entering the Oil and Gas industry in 1996 with Moore Production & Measurement as a Field Service technician, he worked in several capacities in Field Measurement / Instrumentation, Automation and Corporate Information Technology over his 13 year tenure including Systems Architect, Project Administrator and Enterprise SCADA System and Production Allocation co-design and implementation. Prior to accepting the CIO role at Fleaux Services in 2012, Mr. Phelps designed, implemented and managed the SCADA and Gas Measurement systems for Petrohawk Energy Corporation (BHP Billiton – North American Shale Division).
